  • I am a retired Firefighter who was injured in the line of duty causing me to retire. I am very active in my home group.I chair two,sometimes three meetings per week.I am very active in other projects the group has.I have found that this really strengthens my ability to stay sober and I really enjoy spending time with my sober friends.Who said you can't have fun and not drink,whom ever it was hasn't tried it yet. I Love spending time with my dog ZEKE,he is my best bud and a loyal companion.When I feel My Higher Power (GOD) isn't listening I just give ZEKE a treaet and I know he will listen.
